AggregatX prints high-performance ceramics in 3D — operational up to 2000 °C.
Engines, process heat, electrodes, battery housings and fusion components:
wherever extreme heat was previously the limit of what's possible.
The competitive advantage lies in the ceramic powder. A purpose-developed material, combined with a novel 3D printing process, creates components with previously unreached thermal and structural properties — lighter, more heat-resistant, and geometrically more complex than any conventional manufacturing.
A purpose-formulated powder is the strategic foundation. It allows thermal loads up to 2000 °C — beyond conventional high-temperature alloys — at a fraction of the weight.
The proprietary printing process creates monolithic geometries impossible in machining or casting. Cooling channels, wall thicknesses and internal structures become part of the design — not a consequence of the tool.
Scalable from small components to large-format parts. Suited to highly regulated industries with long qualification paths — from engines to fusion reactors.
AggregatX is in an active development phase with ongoing investor and partner conversations. The roadmap focuses on industrialising the process and unlocking the five target markets.
We are looking for industry partners and investors to industrialise the world's first 3D-printed high-performance ceramic with us.
